Welcome to the volunteer sign up page for Glamour Gowns & Suit Up 2020!
Thank you for your interest in supporting Glamour Gowns & Suit Up, a program of CASA of Los Angeles.

The Glamour Gowns & Suit Up event will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center, West Hall, 2nd Floor (1201 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, 90015).

Please note, the main Glamour Gowns & Suit Up event will be held on Saturday, March 28th.
Additional, volunteers are needed for set up on Friday, March 27th and for break down on Sunday, March 29th.

Friday, March 27th: Event Set Up
Saturday, March 28th: Main Event
Sunday, March 29th: Event Breakdown

For the safety and security of the foster youth participants the following information is MANDATORY FOR ALL VOLUNTEERS:

-Must be 18 years or older
-Must register individually
-Must provide state driver's license or identification information

*Those unregistered or without proper identification will be deemed ineligible to participate as a volunteer. This is for liability and security reasons.

Parking is available in the Convention Center West parking lot. The price range is between $20-$25. There is also ample parking in surrounding Convention Center parking lots.

Please register for your shift(s) below. The Glamour Gowns & Suit Up volunteer website will close Friday, March 14th.

Supported by CASA of Los Angeles, the GGSU Committee aims to create a heartfelt event for the youth in the L.A. County child welfare system.
Glamour Gowns & Suit Up not only provides dresses/suits for foster youth participants, but helps build self-esteem, self-confidence, and an increased feeling of self-worth.
Since 2001, the event has provided more than 6,000 dresses, suits, shoes and accessories for thousands of children in the L.A. County child welfare system.
Our hope is the experience will have a lasting and positive effect on these young people. Glamour Gowns & Suit Up seeks to create lasting, positive memories for milestone events in the lives of young people who have often endured and overcome difficult circumstances.
